Kim Howell Promoted to Director of Customer Care, Regional Operations Center

 ATLANTA - The promotion of Kim Howell to Director of Customer Care, Regional Operations Center for Cox Communications Inc. was announced today by Debbie Siek, Vice President of Customer Care.

In her new role, Howell will be responsible for serving as the functional expert and key knowledge resource for Cox's regional customer care operating centers. She will also drive improvement methodologies by evaluating and documenting newly defined Cox processes with frontline employees.

In making this announcement, Siek said, "Kim has been instrumental in supporting the launches of our circuit-switched and hybrid telephony products over the last eight years. She brings a wealth of operational and project management experience to her new role and will be a valuable contributor to our efforts to optimize our regional operations centers."

Howell joined Cox in 1979 as a Customer Service Representative. Since then, she has held various positions of increasing degrees of responsibility in Customer Care, Cox Media, Human Resources and, most recently, Project Management. Additionally, Howell also has amassed a decade's worth of management training and organizational development.
