ATLANTA – The appointment of Jennifer Crowe as Director of Competitive Strategy for Cox Communications was announced today by Warren Jones, Director of Competitive Intelligence & Customer Retention.
Crowe will oversee Cox's competitive intelligence initiatives through competitive analyses and evaluations.
In making this announcement, Jones said: "We are very excited to have Jennifer join our Corporate Marketing team. Her extensive knowledge of the telephony business and telecommunications landscape will help us refine our competitive strategies."
Crowe joins Cox after 15 years with BellSouth Corporation, where she spent the past five years handling the company's consumer strategy and consumer marketing. Prior to BellSouth, Crowe worked for Coca-Cola Enterprises.
Crowe earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Georgia State University and an associate's degree in mathematics from Clayton State University in Morrow, Ga.
