NEW ORLEANS -Michael (Mike) O'Connor has been named Vice President, Business Operations for Cox New Orleans. In his new role at Cox New Orleans, O'Connor will be responsible for financial planning, accounting, facilities, IT, credit services, collections and warehouse. 

O'Connor comes to Cox New Orleans from the Cox San Diego system where he was Director of Business Operations and Financial Consulting for the past three years. He had been with Cox San Diego since 2005, initially as the Director of Business Operations - Customer Care.

Before joining Cox, O’Connor worked in leadership roles with Frontier Communications and Gateway, Inc. Additionally, he has been an entrepreneur having started up two successful businesses.

O’Connor attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration / Management from Mankato State University and is actively pursuing his MBA from Regis University.
