Angie Keller Promoted to Executive Director of Total Rewards and Worklife Programs for Cox Communications

ATLANTA – The promotion of Angie Keller to Executive Director, Total Rewards and Worklife Programs for Cox Communications Inc. was announced today by Mae Douglas, Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer.

In her new role, Keller will be responsible for overseeing base salary compensation, sales and incentive compensation and all bonus, commission and variable pay programs. She also will focus on developing additional worklife programs that allow Cox to continue to attract and retain employees.

In making the announcement, Douglas said, "Angie serves as our top subject matter expert in compensation. She has both the experience and knowledge required to manage all compensation matters as they relate to our company."

Keller joined Cox in 2004 as Director of Compensation and has worked to develop a foundation and structure for compensation programs that allows Cox to remain competitive. Prior to joining Cox, she held positions of increasing responsibilities with Unisource Worldwide, Georgia-Pacific, Hay Management Consultants, Promina Northwest Health System, Inc. and Equifax.

Keller received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Human Resources from Auburn University and an MBA in Marketing from Kennesaw State University.
