ATLANTA – The promotion of Denise Myers to Director of On DEMAND and Pay-Per-View Marketing was announced today by Bob Nocera, Director of Marketing, New Video Services.
In her new role, Myers will oversee the marketing, communications and usage reporting and analysis of the On DEMAND and pay-per-view services made available by Cox.
In making the announcement, Nocera said, "Over the past seven years Denise has been effective in managing the marketing and content implementation needs of the emerging video on demand category. She has been an integral part of launching On DEMAND throughout our markets and is a valuable resource for our local operations. I am pleased to recognize her with this promotion."
Myers joined Cox in 2000 as Manager of Pay-Per-View and Video on Demand Marketing. Prior to joining Cox, she served as a Marketing and Promotions Manager for Time Warner Cable of New York City.
A graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, Myers holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology. She received the WICT Rising Star Award in 2006 and has been recognized with multiple industry awards from the Cable Television Association for Marketing (CTAM), the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Cable (NAMIC) and the Association of Cable Communicators (ACC).
