Anne Doris Promoted to Vice President and General Manager of Cox Communications Cleveland

ATLANTA – The promotion of Anne Doris to Vice President and General Manager of Cox Communications' Cleveland operation was announced today by Claus Kroeger, Senior Vice President of Operations, Western Division.

In her new role, Doris will manage all operations of Cox's Cleveland system, which has 160 employees and serves more than 73,000 customers.

In making the announcement, Kroeger said, "I am excited that someone with Anne's wide experience in marketing, operations and programming is joining a Cleveland organization that has built such a strong reputation for customer service and results delivery. She has demonstrated success in a variety of leadership positions, and I am confident she will help continue Cleveland's leadership positions in so many areas."

In her most recent role, Doris served as Vice President and System Manager for Cox in Southern Arizona. She joined Cox in 2002 as Vice President of Operations for Cox's New Orleans system. Prior to joining Cox, Doris served as a Senior Vice President of Marketing and Programming for On Command Corporation.

A graduate of City College of New York, Doris holds a bachelor's degree in journalism, and she received an MBA in Marketing Management from Long Island University. She serves on several boards, including Outward Bound Wilderness and was recognized by CableWorld as one the "50 Most Influential Minorities in Cable" in 2004.
