Laura Poffenberger Named Director of Data Product Management for Cox Communications

ATLANTA – The appointment of Laura Poffenberger to Director of Data Product Management for Cox Communications Inc. was announced today by Seth Hogan, Vice President of Data Product Management.

In her new role, Poffenberger will be responsible for management of the Cox High Speed Internet product suite including product roadmaps, lifecycle, and operations. She will also guide product strategy and manage key relationships with Atlanta cross-functional teams and with personnel at Cox field locations.

In making the announcement, Hogan said, "We're excited to add Laura's experience and vision to the Data team. Her knowledge of the industry and Cox's services, as well as her cross-product focus, will be instrumental in developing and managing the next generation of High Speed Internet products."

In her most recent role, Poffenberger served as Director of Product Development. She joined Cox in 2003 as a Product Development Manager. Prior to joining Cox, she served as a Director of Product Development and Product Management for Lodestone Solutions.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Poffenberger holds a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts. She serves as a member of the board of directors for Women in Cable Telecommunications and is Co-captain of the Cox Tour de Cure Cycling Team.
