West Warwick, RI – The appointment of Kathy Gillis to vice president, Human Resources for Cox Communications was recently announced by Paul Cronin, vice president and region manager.
Gillis joins Cox Communications after 25 years of experience in human resources, most recently serving as the Senior Regional Human Resources Director at the Uniform Services/Wearguard division of Aramark Corporation. Her responsibilities included talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational design, performance management, compensation planning, and change management initiatives.

Gillis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Westfield State College. She resides in Bridgewater, MA.
